Focusing on improving the relationship with your inner self and others, whilst increasing self-awareness, self-compassion/acceptance. Always, guiding you through your life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

Currently I am working in private practice with adults and couples (in English and Spanish) in North West and Central London (see Locations).
To continue promoting resilience and psychological wellbeing, I am interested in raising awareness and breaking the stigma associated with Mental Illness through the use of personal therapy via Digital Technologies. Consequently, and in view of the giving circumstances, Skype, Zoom, or phone sessions are the most suitable methods to access psychological support for those in need.
